The information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Enquiry details — when you use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your enquiry and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Newsletter details — if you subscribe: your name and email address.
- Advice information — if you proceed to mortgage or protection advice, we collect the financial and personal details needed to provide that advice (for example income, expenditure, employment and property details).
How and why we use your information

- respond to your enquiry and provide the information or service you have asked for;
- provide mortgage and protection advice and arrange products on your behalf;

We share it only where necessary — for example with lenders, insurers and providers in order to arrange the products you ask us to, and with the IT and service providers that help us run our business (such as our email, hosting and client-management systems). We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our regulatory and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information, or restrict or object to its use;
- request a copy of your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
