Everyone likes a little certainty in life and if you’re one of those people why not take a look at one of the latest 10 year fixed rates that have been released this week.
With the rate war hotting-up, one lender has launched the lowest ever 10-year fixed rate at 2.39% at 50% loan-to-value (LTV), as medium to long-term swap rates tumble following the UK’s vote to leave the EU.
These rates are available for purchases and remortgages and come with or without arrangement fees.
