IM Mortgage Consultancy Limited opened it's doors in 2002, when Ian Moore left the comfort of a large Accountacy Practice where he was the head mortgage adviser to work from a small room at home, Ian had previosuly worked for a firm of local Independent Financial Advisers.

"I took the decision in mid 2002 to set-up on my own. Working, since 1989, locally as an Independent Financial Adviser, I had always enjoyed advising on mortgages and when the same clients returned for advice again and again, I took the chance to go it alone. It was a hard decision but one that has paid dividends."

A mortgage is a long term commitment and it is something that needs to be reviewed regularly to ensure it keeps up with changes in your lifestyle and circumstances.

Clients return to us at regular intervals to have their mortgages reviewed. We offer a full mortgage review when you mortgage deal comes to an end - you don't even have to think about it, we will contact you.

Obviously it is always nice to meet face to face and have a chat over a cup of coffee but in these days of internet, email and fax machines, geography is no longer a barrier. We deal with clients from all corners of the UK.
